A three-month exchange designed for artists ready to step deeper into our creative ecosystem. You’ll support the space, nurture its daily rhythm, and in return, be immersed in a Feybl-style membership experience.

Important to know

This is not a paid position. Work-Study at Feybl is a time-for-space exchange — you offer your time to help care for the clubhouse, and in return, you receive access to our space, community, and creative resources.

Supporting the Space

Choose your path.

Both roles help keep Feybl alive and cared-for. Choose your path based on your strengths and interests.

Role 01

Guardian

This path is ideal for artists who are detail-oriented and proactive, and enjoy keeping the clubhouse calm, cared-for, and running smoothly.

Role 02

Barista

This path is best suited for artists who love hospitality, are reliable, enjoy good tunes, and thrive when bringing warmth and energy to the clubhouse.

The Guardian

Open and close the space with intention
Reset and care for rental rooms
Support the general flow and upkeep of Feybl while on duty

7 – 8 AM

Opener

Start the day by turning on lights and music, prepping rooms and common areas, starting spa equipment, and setting a welcoming vibe.

4 – 8 PM

Afternooner

Support rentals and member needs during the busy afternoon with space care, room resets, and maintaining a smooth, creative atmosphere.

12 AM – 1:30 / 2 AM

Closer

Turn off lights and music, close up & reset rental studios, general tidy up, return rental equipment to Admin room, & lock up for the night.

2 shifts / week · Potential to earn 4–6 credits / month based on shift fulfillment

The Barista

Craft high-quality drinks with care, consistency, and attention to detail
Help reset rental rooms when needed
Keep the café flowing smoothly while being the first, welcoming face people see

9 AM – 12:30 PM

Café Opener

Fulfill drink orders at the café, welcome guests to our space, and assist with rental room resets & Equipment Rental Requests as needed.

12:30 – 4 PM

Café Closer

Fulfill drink orders at the café, welcome guests to our space, and assist with rental room resets & Equipment Rental Requests as needed.

4 – 6 PM

Café Prep

Offered to shift leads / as needed — 2x a week, Mondays and Thursdays.

2 shifts / week · Potential to earn 4–6 credits / month based on shift fulfillment

Open daily from 8 AM – 2 AM.

Pro Film Gear

Sony FX3 & FX30 cameras, Sony lenses, lighting & tripods, Podcast DJI microphone setup.

Guest Access

Bring up to two guests each visit.

Earn Credits Bi-Weekly

Each shift you complete builds credits for you to use in our rental rooms.

Free / discounted entry to select events.
